Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used and protected when you use the Artistick mobile app ("App"). The App generates AI stickers from the photos you upload and is operated by Mehmet Ali Aksoy (Istanbul, Türkiye).

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Data We Collect

Photos you upload: Photos of people or pets you upload to generate stickers. Processed only temporarily to create stickers.
Account information: By default you are signed in as an anonymous guest. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and a basic account identifier.
Purchase information: When you buy tokens, the transaction is handled by the App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat. We never see or store your card or payment details.
Generated stickers: The packs you create are stored linked to your account.
Technical data: Limited technical information such as session ID, language preference and error logs.

2. How We Use Data

To generate stickers from your photos,
To manage your account and token balance,
To verify purchases,
To automatically moderate uploaded images to block inappropriate content,
To keep the App secure.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.

3. Processing and Deletion of Your Photos

Uploaded photos are temporarily kept in secure cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and sent to AI services (Google Gemini and fal.ai) for generation. Immediately after your sticker pack is generated, your original photos are automatically deleted from our servers. Your photos are not used to train AI models.

Face Data

The photos you upload may contain a face. We use them only as input to generate a stylized cartoon/sticker image. We do NOT create a biometric template, "faceprint" or any face identifier; we do NOT perform facial recognition; and we do NOT identify or verify any individual. Face data is never used for advertising, profiling or AI-model training, and your original photo is deleted from our servers immediately after your stickers are generated. Before a photo is sent to the third-party AI services named below, you must give your explicit consent inside the App.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

To provide the service we use these trusted providers (data processors):

Supabase — authentication, database, account
Cloudflare R2 — image storage
Google (Gemini) — AI generation and content moderation
fal.ai — image background processing
RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play — purchase management

These providers process your data only on our behalf.

5. Data Retention

Uploaded photos: Deleted as soon as generation completes.
Stickers and account data: Kept until you delete your account.

6. Security

Your data is protected in transit with encryption (HTTPS) and access is restricted with row-level security (RLS). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. If you upload a photo of a child, you confirm that you are authorized to do so (e.g. as a parent/guardian).

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data via the Delete Account option inside the App.

9. International Data Transfer

Our service providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye. By using the App you consent to your data being processed in those countries.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes we will update the effective date.
