By using the Artistick app ("App") you agree to the following terms.

1. Service

Artistick is a service that generates AI stickers from the photos you upload. You must hold the necessary rights to the images you upload.

2. Tokens and Purchases

• Sticker generation consumes tokens. You can buy token packs inside the App.
• Tokens are digital, consumable content; once used for generation they are non-refundable.
• Purchases are subject to App Store / Google Play rules; refund requests follow the relevant store's policies.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload others' photos without permission and not to generate illegal, obscene, hateful content or content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend your account for misuse.

4. Intellectual Property

You may use the stickers you create for personal and reasonable use. The App itself, its brand and software belong to us.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". AI outputs may not always meet your expectations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page.
